I'm looking to buy land

Anyone know of any land in the BSG area that someone would like to sell? (I've already checked with the real estate agencies) Let me know!

I heard the entire town of Appy was for sale. Will just cost you a few cases of pork rinds and beer.

I thought that was just for Inman Village? May have to throw in a few more bags of pork rinds and a couple of cartons of cigarettes for the whole town.

You can check forsalebyowner.com and they sometimes have listings in the area that the realty companies don't.

How much land are you looking for and what price range and I might just be able to steer you in the right direction. I am currenlty at the beach and don't always have an internet connection but can check the MLS service for you and see if their is anything else.

22 acres for sale on irondale road. Heard the price was pretty high though

We don't need a huge amount. Something appropriate for either a doublewide or ranch style home. Probably around 1 acre or less. Price under 30k would be best. Everyone in the area seems to want to sell large acreage!!
